Dickey Dental clearly is observing all Covid protocols, and at the same time making patients feel safe and at ease. Malynda (sp?) is an exceptional hygienist! Dr. Dickey is extremely conscientious about doing his best work every time and always friendly and personable while working. The office staff is efficient and works hard to accommodate appointment requests. I can highly recommend this practice.

“Dr. Dickey is absolutely wonderful”
Dr. Dickey is absolutely wonderful. Him and his staff always go the extra mile to make you feel welcome, comfortable, and happy. A couple years ago I fell and knocked part of my front teeth out (permanent teeth). He was able to meet us right away, after hours and put new bonding on my teeth. They look absolutely perfect and hold up amazing. Yesterday I was having severe pain in my tooth. I went in and after about 5 minutes Dr. Dickey assessed the situation and found out the problem. I had a bad infection in my tooth and needed a root canal. I was extremely nervous after hearing stories from friends and family about their root canal experiences. He assured me that I wouldn’t feel any pain and the discomfort I fell would be immediately released. Dr. Dickey started the root canal right away and all the discomfort was gone. I never felt a thing. He always checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable. Today is my 2nd day of the recovery process and I feel 100% better than I had. Thank you so much Dr. Dickey and staff!!!

“This place is the absolute best!!!”
This place is the absolute best!!! I had a bad toothache and was searching for a place to get the tooth pulled. And honestly chose them because they opened the earliest. I’m so glad I did. My hygienist, Kelsey, was so sweet and caring. I am very, VERY, hard to X-ray due to my compact mouth. But she did everything she could to keep me comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Sarah Manross is amazing as well. She came in and decided that she would be able to extract it today. So they told me the cost upfront so I wouldn’t be surprised. I was pleasantly surprised that they offer complementary Nitrous during the numbing process of the extraction. That really eased my anxiety. All in all I had the best experience that I have had at any local dental office.

I have not met a more meticulous doctor in twelve years. I truly appreciated the time he had taken to walk me through the procedure he was performing at that time. Great doctors perform beyond outstanding and view their patients as their first priority. Dr. Dickey is truly an incredible, trustworthy doctor who was referred to me. I love Dr. Dickey and all the sweet ladies that work for him. They all make you feel very comfortable. Dr. Dickey and his assistants explain all processes to you. I had 5 cavities filled today and they made a very anxious experience for me nothing to worry about and much more calm/comfortable. He also took pictures during the process and showed me everything that was done afterward.

This was my first visit to the office. I was referred by my Oral Surgeon. The office & staff are so welcoming & friendly. I was very comfortable. The staff is very professional.
